Build Orleans will show the progress of active development projects in Orleans County.

A new hotel is currently under construction at 11591 Maple Ridge Road - Route 31A - in the Medina Business Park. A 58-room Cobblestone Inn will be the county's first "branded" hotel. The Medina Cobblestone Inn & Suites will include a fitness center, meeting rooms and a convenience store.

Construction on the 39,000 square foot hotel is expected to be completed by March 2020.
